Hollow Sucker Rod

Introduction

Hollow sucker rod is especially suitable for heavy oil wells, sand wells and well that need continuous medium injection. We often use direct hollow sucker rod, and the rod end is friction welded with rod body. All rods are heat treated in quenching and tempering process to get grade D performance.

Construction Feactures

Hollow sucker rod can allow medium injection, like hot oil, hot water and gas, into the channel, which can reduce oil viscosity and remove wax. Oil output speed will be increased by improving its flow ability of sand and mechanical waste from channel. It will reduce max load for polished rod and decrease the repair frequency.
