Introduction
1) The BOP assembly combines the functions of non-well-killing tools and standing valve, mainly applicable to tubing pump wells for non-well killing operation or BOP operation.
2) It is applicable to tubing pumps with different diameters.
3) It can be used as the standing valve of tubing pump.
Structure Features and Working Principle
1) The pump mainly consists of tubing pump barrel assembly, plunger assembly and switch valve BOP assembly.
2) When pump goes down, the switch of BOP is in a closed state. The pin is on top of the long slot. Under the trust force of spring and well liquid, it presses on the cone sealing surface of top connection, and then the oil-flowing channel is closed, which realizes laying down sucker rod and tubing while non-well killing.
3) When pumping, plunger presses down the relief valve, which opens the release hole, and then the pressure in cavity between valve ball and the body will be released. And then compression spring makes the body go downwards, and the pin goes down to the dead center under the long slot along track.
4) When pump maintenance, firstly put down rod string till plunger contacts pump. And then lift sucker rod. By reversing, the pin goes to the top of the long slot. The oil channel is closed again, which realizes lifting sucker rod and tubing while non-well killing.
