Introduction
After oil wells are fractured or water is injected, reservoir pressure is increased. If the tubing pressure can’t be released timely, crude oil will be sprung out to the ground, which will cause pollution and oil waste, or even worse, well blowout problems.
This pump can entirely go down to the preset position along with sucker rod to achieve fixation and sealing by itself. When pump is lifted, the blowout preventer can automatically seat and seal to avoid well blowout. For all parts of this rod pump are nonmetal material, thus it is applicable to heavy oil steam injection wells and conventional light oil wells.
Structure Features and Working Principle
1) The pump mainly consists of bottom anchor mechanical type rod pump and BOP assembly.
2) When water is injected into oil wells, sucker rod string will be lifted up along with plunger. Meanwhile, it drives the barrel upwards. And at the same time, the bottom seal seating is unsetting, and it will form an annular steam injection channel between barrel and tubing. When stopping injection steam, the sealing ting of BOP is setting under the force of reset ring with 30MPa durable pressure.
3) When pumping, sucker rod string goes down. Barrel lock seating assembly and the setting seating support from a seal. Meanwhile, the lock device opens the sealing ring of BOP, then the well begins normally pumping.
