Anti-scale Sucker Rod Pump

Introduction

In order to solve above problems, our technology staff went to production site and developed anti-corrosion and anti-scale pump based on the actual situation of oilfield.

Structure Features and Working Principle

1) The pump consists of long plunger, long barrel and anti-scale cylinder. During pumping, plunger and barrel are fitted with each other in full length, which can avoid scale formed in unfitted surface. When pumping stops for a long time, the plunger can be lifted at a specified value, and keep the plunger and barrel fully fitted to avoid the upper barrel scaled.

2) Lining pipe at bottom of pump is manufactured with special material, which has better ability of wear-resistance, anti-corrosion and anti-scale. Pump bottom has no scale to assure that the plunger moves smoothly.

3) The scale-off device on top of plunger assembly, is fitted with barrel with zero clearance to prevent sand entering into clearance space, which can both protect the plunger and scratch the scale on top barrel.

4) There is an anti-scale cage in the top barrel, when down-stroking or stopping pumping, the anti-scale cage is just on the inlet of barrel, preventing the scale falling into the clearance space between the barrel and plunger.
