Introduction
The pump is multi-purpose sucker rod pump, which is applicable to heavy oil well, and which needs steam injection. It is able to carry out gas injection, oil pumping and sand-washing without moving pump.
In addition, it can produce with anti-sand, and also reduce operation cost and labor during oil production.
This pump adopts the way of pumping oil by gas injection, and it is applicable to different types of heavy oil wells.
Structure Features and Working Principle
(1) Structure Features
1) The pump consists of plunger, barrel, coupling, standing valves and other components.
2) The joints of each key parts are coated with 272 glue, and then screw it with hydraulic screw-on machine, in order to prevent looseness of thread caused by deformed parts during gas injection at high temperature.
3) The reasonable structure of the gas injection hole on the barrel can make the steam smoothly injected into the deep oil. When putting the pump down, put the plunger down to pump bottom, and adjust the sucker rod according to the depth of wells.
4) Since the pump has a long plunger, the plunger is sealed into barrel all the time so that sand in oil can not fall into the fit clearance which leads to pump blocking.
(2) Working Principle
1) Put the plunger down to pump bottom and lift it by 600mm at the beginning of operation, so there will be distance for stroke while gas injection channel is sealed, and then carry out the operation according to design stroke.
2) During gas injection, plunger is pushed down to pump bottom by gravity of sucker rod, then the injection hole is open to allow steam into well bottom through air scoop. At the same time, the steam could clean up oil and paraffin deposit on upper barrel, so it can assure pump lift is smooth and normal.
