Introduction
Affected by oilfield geological structure, there are various gas existing in well. If using rod sucker rod pump, oil fluid will be not sufficient. It will cause airlock, lower pump efficiency and even well shutdown.
After long and fully investigation, we have developed anti-airlock pump, which can avoid the airlock problems happened in high gas well.
Structure Features and Working Principle
1) This pump structure is consistent with the conventional pump, except adding a particular ejector pin type anti airlock device to increase the pump volume.
2) The operation and maintenance of the pump are similar to the ordinary pump, with easy disassembling and installation.
3) The pump is suitable for light oil wells and wells with high gas. Due to anti-airlock device, it is not suitable for heavy oil wells.
4) The working principle is same as that of the tubing pump with one piece barrel.
