Introduction

And valve ball close lag and valve ball partial fall problems in the deviated wells have been solved, and the service life and pump efficiency has been improved.

Be applicable to the directional well and highly-deviated well deviated below 60°.

Be applicable to the shallow and medium deep well with high output.

All the plunger assembly materials are stainless steel suitable for corrosion well.

Working Principle

1) When up-stroking, the cavity space in the lower barrel is increased and the pressure is reduced, thus the travelling valve is quickly closed under the force of the reset spring. At the same time, the standing valve is open by overcoming the spring force, and well fluid flows into tubing. Meanwhile, well fluid is forced into barrel bottom from standing valve by the pressure pump inlet.

2) When down-stroking, the cavity space in the lower barrel is decreased and the pressure is increased, thus the standing valve is quickly closed under the force of the reset spring. At the same time, the travelling valve is automatically opened by self-weight of the valve ball and overcoming the spring force, the well fluid bottom barrel flows into top barrel through plunger bore.
