Introduction
During pumping, pump barrel ID can be reduced because of deformation, which happens under highly pulling force caused by long tail pipe or packer. The reduced ID increase downward resistance of plunger and even causes pump blocking.
This pump is suitable for deep well, which needs down hole tool and long tail pipe.
In slicing extraction, the force for packing setting and unsetting is carried by bridge pipe, instead of pump barrel. It can improve plunger straightness to avoid plunger eccentric wear and barrel deformation.
Structure and Working Principle
1) Structure Features
Overbridge pump add one overbridged pipe outside of barrel assembly. And the standing vale is fixed below the overbridge pipe, which can bear all the force from inner tubing liquid, tail pipe weight, and external extruding and impact. During working, the pressure of the inner and outer wall is uniform, so the barrel has high efficiency with high output.
2) Working Principle
1) When up-stroking, fluid at top barrel flows into tubing by plunger lifting. And then the fluid fills into barrel bottom under the differential pressure at pump inlet.
2) When down-stroking, the fluid at bottom barrel flows into barrel top through travelling valve. By reciprocating of plunger, oil is sucked from well.
