Anti-wear and Anti-corrosion Sucker Rod Pump
Introduction
When the conventional pump is used in the oil wells with severe corrosion, the pitting corrosion happens always. And even in serious situations, it will cause upper valve cage break, standing valve missing, valve fitting corrosion and washout, which will seriously affect the oilfields normal operation.
After long and fully investigation, we have developed the anti-wear and anti-corrosion pump with high anti-corrosion ability, which can decrease above problems, and guarantee oilfield can work efficiently.
Working Principle
When up-stroking, travelling valve is closed and standing valve is open, then well fluid flows into tubing, at the same time, well liquid is forced into barrel bottom from standing valve by the pressure of pump inlet.
When down-stroking, standing valve is closed and travelling valve is open, then the well fluid in the bottom barrel flows into top barrel through plunger bore. By reciprocating of plunger, the fluid in the well is sucked from the well.
