Introduction

　　Taper thread can transfer bigger axialload and torque and has higher torsion resistance and tensile strength. Thread taper(1:8) and pitch(4.233) are suitable for transferring torque. The rigidity of flat top round bottom triangle thread is large and can bear large screwing torque and preload.

　　Rod head of taper thread adopts integral upsetting structure. The rod head is quenched and tempered after upsetting to eliminate the structure difference of forging transition. And ensure the consistency of the mechanical properties of the whole sucker rod, eliminate the hidden trouble of the broken rod.
