Tungsten Plated Sucker Rod
Introduction
It adopts the tungsten plated process with multicomponent alloy of tungsten, nickel and phosphorus. The thickness of tungsten alloy layer is 0.04-0.06mm, hardness is 580-750HV.The layer is high strength and crack free and dense. Compared with unit or binary electroplating, our process can ensure higher plating adhesive strength, higher hardness, better wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance. It has high finish and can effectively solve eccentric wear of sucker rod surface. It’s mainly applicable to oilfield with corrosion and has excellent corrosion resistance under electrochemical corrosion, H2S and CO2 condition, significantly prolong the service life of rod string.
