Half-coated Sucker Rod
Introduction
The coating layer can be applied to whole coating of new sucker rod and corrosion protection treatment of used sucker rod. So the sucker rod has excellent corrosion resistance under acid, alkali and salt solution. Due to the coating layer clad the sucker rod wholly, so the rod body is utter isolation with well fluid and can’t result in electrochemical corrosion. The coating anti-corrosion sucker rod can prolong the workover intervals due to sucker rod failure which can greatly reduce the production cost.
