Rotary Device for Sucker Rod
The rotary anti-eccentric wear device for sucker rod is installed on the beam hanger. The polished rod clamp sits on the top cover of the rotary device. When pumping unit goes downwards stroking, the steel wire rope, connecting the pumping unit’s walking beam and the rotary device, pulls the drive handle of the rotary device with a certain angle. The rotary device for sucker rod rotates the sucker rod with the pumping unit’s own power, having the function of rod string’s circumference with even wear. Meanwhile, the rod string drives the plunger rotation, reducing the plunger sand sticking problem, which can finally extend service life and pump inspection period of the rod, pipe and pumps in eccentric wells, and effectively reduce the inspection cost.
