The kickoff meeting for the independent maintenance and management activities of Kunlong Group's 6S-TPM equipment was held


On May 29, 2019, Kunlong Company held a grand kickoff meeting for the independent maintenance and management of 6S-TPM equipment. All employees of the company attended the meeting, and training teachers from Taiwan Jianfeng Consulting Management Organization attended the meeting.
The chairman of the company, Wu Faxiang, gave a keynote speech at the conference on "working together and making progress together" to improve 6S-TPM management. In his speech, Wu emphasized the urgency and necessity of the company's implementation of 6S-TPM management, and analyzed why the company should implement 6S-TPM management. The company has established a 6S-TPM Promotion Committee specifically for this purpose, identified relevant responsible persons, and formed 39 implementation teams, with the General Manager and frontline supervisors serving as team leaders, working side by side with frontline employees. Finally, Mr. Wu requested all employees to change their mindset, establish a sense of independent maintenance, pay attention to minor defects in equipment, and steadfastly carry out and promote the 6S-TPM management work.

Teacher Jianfeng from Taiwan conducted TPM management training at the conference. He used vivid and vivid language to explain to everyone what TPM is and what it can bring us, which helped all employees build confidence and consensus. The manager of the company's engineering department led all employees to a solemn oath taking activity, and all employees solemnly signed their names on the signature board, expressing their determination and confidence to do a good job in TPM management.
The 6S-TPM project is a management activity involving all employees.
